Stir and drink immediately (you can also mix it with your favourite soyabean, juice or honey for better taste). Drink another glass of plain water within half an hour after this consumption to replace your bodily fluids. Suggested use﹕ If you desire to maintain optimum health, consume twice daily, once in the morning and at night, half an hour before breakfast and dinner.
